We offer you for sale a historical gem – guesthouse Anna, built in 1938 by Mr. Samuel Argay from Krupina. This building with its unmistakable architecture offers a total of three usable floors, each with a floor area of 126 square meters. The surroundings consist of an access road to the property and a beautiful garden. This could be used for the construction of parking spaces, in case of converting the guesthouse into an apartment building. The building itself was constructed during challenging times in the wartime period. We date the completion to 1944, initially being used as a summer residence, and in 1991, additional floors were added to the form we see today. Villa Anna has mainly been used for recreational purposes. The surroundings have many advantages, including boating, paddleboarding, cold water swimming, and skating on one of the oldest natural ponds in the world – Počúvadlianske lake. We must not forget the cycling trails in the area, the possibility of climbing Mount Sitno, or mushroom picking.
